European Lithium announces that Antony Sage, Non-Executive Chairman, has purchased 4,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of AU$0.085 per share.
Following the transaction, Mr Sage holds an interest in 11,154,379 ordinary shares reflecting 2.03% of the Company's issued share capital.
