European Lithium Limited (ASX:EUR, FRA:PF8, VSE:ELI, NEX: EUR) (the Company) advises that 11,250,000 options over ordinary shares at $0.15 per share on or before 31 May 2019, issued to Directors of the Company as detailed below, have lapsed unexerised:

·    Malcolm Day - 2,500,000 options
·    Stefan Muller - 6,250,000 options
