Issue of Shares
 
European Lithium Limited (ASX:EUR, FRA:PF8, VSE:ELI, NEX:EUR) (the Company) advises that 350,000 fully paid shares have been issued to the Company's Project Director as part of a sign-on bonus pursuant to a contracting agreement.
 
Following this issue of shares, the Company's issued share capital comprises 548,226,022 ordinary shares of no par value, with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.
 
The above figure of 548,226,022 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or of a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
