Issue of Shares
European Lithium Limited (ASX:EUR, FRA:PF8, VSE:ELI, NEX:EUR) (the Company) advises that 4,854,540 fully paid shares (the Shares) have been issued to MEF I LP as announced on 7 September 2018. Application has been made for the Shares to be admitted to trading on NEX ("Admission"). Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 558,714,608 ordinary shares of no par value, with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.  The above figure of 558,714,608 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or of a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
