Issue of Shares
European Lithium Limited (ASX:EUR, FRA:PF8, VSE:ELI, NEX: EUR) (the Company) advises that a total of 5,492,064 fully paid shares (the Shares) have been issued. 
 
Of the 5,492,064 Shares, 992,064 shares are being issued as a result of a partial conversion of convertible notes issued to MEF I LP as announced on 7 September 2018. In addition, 4,500,000 shares are being issued pursuant to its announcement made on 10 May 2019 'Capital Raising for European Lithium'.
 
Application has been made for the Shares to be admitted to trading on NEX ("Admission"). Admission is expected to occur at 8:00am on or around 7th June 2019. Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 582,457,911 ordinary shares of no par value, with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.  The above figure of 582,457,911 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or of a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
