Issue of Shares
European Lithium Limited (ASX:EUR, FRA:PF8, VSE:ELI, NEX: EUR) (the Company) advises that, pursuant to its announcement made on 10 May 2019 'Capital Raising for European Lithium', 2,500,000 fully paid shares (Shares) have been issued each at an issue price of $0.09 per share.
 
Application will be made for the Shares to be admitted to trading on NEX ("Admission"). Admission is expected to occur at 8:00am on or around 1st July 2019. Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 587,163,028 ordinary shares of no par value, with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.  The above figure of 587,163,028 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or of a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
