("European Lithium", "EUR" or "the Company")
Issue of Shares
European Lithium Limited (ASX:EUR, FRA:PF8, VSE:ELI, AQSE: EUR) (the Company) advises that a total of 1,106,383 fully paid shares (the Shares) have been issued.  
 
In respect to the shares issued, a total of 1,000,000 have been issued pursuant to a corporate advisor mandate (refer to announcement on 6 October 2020).  The balance of 106,383 shares have been issued to convert $5,000 of debt into equity.  
 
Application has been made for the Shares to be admitted to trading on AQSE ("Admission"). Admission is expected to occur at 8:00am on or around 15 October 2020. Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 718,229,901 ordinary shares of no par value, with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.  The above figure of 718,229,901 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or of a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
