Geomet Clarification

European Metals Holdings Limited (ASX and AIM: EMH, OTCQX: EMHXY/EMHLF) is
aware of the statement in the Geomet s.r.o ("Geomet") accounts dated March 31,
2026 in relation to steps initiated by Geomet on January 28, 2026 in respect
of additional funding and its intention to seek funds from its shareholders.
At this stage, no valid cash call has been made by Geomet, a company in which
European Metals holds a 49 percent interest. The timing and form of such
funding (whether third party debt or shareholder funding) remains subject to
the unanimous approval of Geomet's shareholders.

European Metals will provide further updates as and when appropriate.
