Sept 15(Reuters) - Ferrotec Holdings Corp  6890.T  
     
    * Says it will sign a cooperation contract with management 
committee of development zone of Hangzhou city, regarding 
financial assistance for semiconductor wafers' manufacture 
project, on Sept. 17 
    * Says it will set up a semiconductor wafers' manufacture 
project related unit in Hangzhou, with registered capital of 2.9 
billion yuan (about 48.7 billion yen), in middle September
