    * Says it plans to restructure the company into a holding 
company, effective April 1 
    * Co will remain being listed on TSE JASDAQ under the new 
name of Ferrotec Holdings Corporation 
    * Co's wholly owned unit will take over the specific 
business operated by co currently, as business successor company 
under the name of Ferrotec Corporation
