First Tin PLC, a tin development company with advanced, low capex projects in Germany and Australia, announces that it has been notified that Metals X Limited, a person closely associated with Brett Smith and Peter Gunzburg, who are both Non-Executive Directors at the Company, has purchased 27,142,857 shares in First Tin at a price of 7.0 pence per share on Monday 15 December 2025, via the Subscription announced on 25 November 2025.

Following this transaction, Metals X Limited holds a beneficial interest in 162,309,524 Ordinary Shares representing 29.95 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
