** Receives takeover proposal from Metals X Limited, its top shareholder, to acquire the company for 15 pence per ordinary share in cash
** Deal values co at about £81.3 million ($107.58 million), as per Reuters calculation
** Metals X must announce a firm offer or confirm it will not proceed by November 6
