Annual Report and Accounts 2024 and Notice of Annual General Meeting 2025

Forterra plc (the "Company") announces that it has published its full Annual
Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 and the Notice of
Annual General Meeting 2025, which is to be held at 12:00 pm on Tuesday 20 May
2025 at Hilton Northampton, 100 Watering Lane, Collingtree, Northampton, NN4
0XW

Copies of the documents listed below will today be available electronically,
with hard copies posted to shareholders who opted to receive hard copies in
the coming weeks:

1.       Annual Report and Accounts 2024

2.       Notice of Annual General Meeting 2025

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1R of the UK Financial Conduct
