Annual Report and Accounts 2025

Forterra plc (the "Company") announces that it has published its full Annual
Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025.

A copy will today be available electronically, with hard copies posted to
shareholders who opted to receive hard copies in the coming weeks.

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1R of the UK Financial Conduct
Authority, a copy of this document has been submitted to the Financial
