Total Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with paragraph 5.6.1A R of the Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules, at the close of business on 31 March 2026, the Company's
issued ordinary share capital consisted of 212,063,095 ordinary shares
of £0.01 each (the "Ordinary Shares"), all with voting rights.

No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 212,063,095.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they can determine whether they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change of their interest in, the Company under the
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.
