Transaction in Own Shares

 

 

Forterra plc ("Forterra" or the "Company") announces that it has purchased the
following number of its ordinary shares of 1.0 pence each through Investec
Bank plc in the period from 23(rd) March 2026 to 27(th) March 2026.
