Grant of award under the Games Workshop Group PLC 2025 Share Awards Plan

 

Games Workshop, the maker of Warhammer, announces that a restricted share award structured as an option with an option price of 5 pence per share (being the nominal value of an ordinary share in the capital of the company ('Ordinary Share(s)')) in respect of 14,178 Ordinary Shares was granted to Kevin Rountree, Chief Executive Officer of Games Workshop, on 23 May 2025, under and subject to the rules of the Games Workshop Group PLC 2025 Share Awards Plan ('Plan').

 

The number of shares under the award was set by reference to the Company's closing middle-market quotation of such shares (derived from the London Stock Exchange Daily Official List) on the 15 May 2025 (being the date on which the Plan was approved by the Company's shareholders) of 15,340 pence.  

The normal vesting date for this award is 31 December 2027.
