DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING
The Company was informed today that on 6 February 2018 Nick Donaldson, Chairman of Games Workshop, transferred 10,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company to his wife at a price of 173 pence per share. 
As a result Mr Donaldson and his wife's ultimate beneficial interest remains at 20,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.06 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
