Games Workshop is pleased to announce that Randal Casson, a Non-Executive
Director of the Company, has been appointed as Senior Independent Director of
Games Workshop with immediate effect.

 

The role of Senior Independent Director had previously been held by Mark Lam
prior to his appointment as Chair of the Company on 1 November 2024.
