In accordance with LR 9.6.14(2), Games Workshop announces that Elaine
O'Donnell, chair of Games Workshop, will become an independent non-executive
director of SThree plc ("SThree"), and chair of SThree's Audit & Risk
Committee, with effect from 1 October 2022.
