* Says it plans to fully buy Osa Machinery Co., Ltd. for
2.29 billion yen(including advisory fee) on Sep. 1
* Says Osa Machinery Co., Ltd. is engaged in manufacturing
and selling all types of machinery used to manufacture chocolate
products, confectionary production machinery, foof processing
machinery etc.
* Says it plans to take out 1.1 billion yen loan from Resona
Bank, Limited for the acquisition
