    * Says it will boost 7 million yuan in a Qingdao-based 
textiles trading firm and will increase voting power in the 
Qingdao-based firm to 71 percent from 0 percent, with a payment 
date in middle December  
    * Says it will increase voting power in a Hiroshima-based 
bedding and interior products firm ACT INTERIOR to 70 percent 
from 0 percent, through boosting capital and share acquisition, 
for 31.5 million yen, with a payment date on Sept. 22 
    * Says it will increase voting power in ITEA Inc to 50.3 
percent from 0 percent, through boosting capital and share 
acquisition, for 30.2 million yen, with a payment date on Sept.
