from 49.6 percent, via private placement plan offered by GMO 
Financial Gate, at 1.7 billion yen 
    * Co completes full acquisition of 100 percent stake in 
Global Card System(GCS) via GMO Financial Gate  
    * Transaction effective on Sept. 30 
    * plan was disclosed on Aug. 22
