 * Grand field group- board is now seeking legal advice as to the feasibility to 
appeal against the said judgment of court of appeal to the court of final appeal 
 * Amount of the company's own costs in the appeal will be less than hk$3 
million 
 * Grand field group - directors opine that the action and appeal will have no 
material impact on the operations of the group 
 * Costs orders and the outstanding own costs will have no material impact on 
the financial position of the co 
 * Refers to judgment of the action delivered against the company 
 * Says company had lodged appeal with the court of appeal and that the appeal 
was dismissed
