** The building materials firm says its unit executes MoU with global construction materials maker Holcim's HOLN.S Australian subsidiary

** Says agreement for the supply of company's Eco-Clay cement replacement product for Holcim's concrete operations across Victoria state

** Adds up to 4,800 tons of Eco-Clay to be supplied over an initial 12-month period

** More than 1.6 million shares change hands, 2.4 times the 30-day average

** Stock down 3.9% YTD, including the day's moves
