** Shares of construction materials maker Suvo Strategic
Minerals  SUV.AX  rise as much as 7.5% to A$0.043, their biggest
intraday pct gain since Nov. 14, 2022
    ** Graphene products supplier First Graphene  FGR.AX  says
it entered a deal with Suvo Strategic Minerals to develop
low-emission cement and concrete products
    ** SUV shares hit their highest level since Dec. 12, 2022
    ** FGR shares rise 4.8%, on track to post their first gain
in six sessions 
    ** In 2022, SUV lost 71.2%; FGR fell 46.4%
