** Shares of the kaolin producer  SUV.AX  jump as much as 10.6%
to A$0.073, set for their biggest intraday pct gain since April
19 
    ** Co enters cooperation agreement with freight

    ** Says deal to negotiate the supply of kaolin which would
commence once suitability of kaolin material for use in C&D's
processes and products 
    ** More than 810,200 shares change hands as compared with
the 30-day average volume of ~834,800 shares  
    ** Stock down 47.2% this year, as of last close, vs a 3.6%
decrease in the benchmark S&P/ASX 200 index  .AXJO
