    ** Mineral explorer says entered into a binding letter of
intent for purchase agreement with Lithium Rabbit Quebec Pty
    ** Says agreement to acquire Dalmas and Hiver projects in
the lithium region of James Bay, Quebec, Canada
    ** Stock at its highest level since Aug 4
    ** Stock up 6% YTD, as of last close
