** Shares of silver miner Endeavour Silver EDR.TO rise 3.2% to C$10.5

** Co to sell its Bolañitos mine to Guanajuato Silver GSVR.V for up to $50 mln that includes $40 mln upfront and $10 mln contingent

** Transaction is expected to close in January 2026

** Co says Guanajuato will also acquire all shares of Mina Bolañitos, which owns the Bolañitos Mine in Mexico

** Including session's move, shares up 98.9% YTD
