[POOR AUDIO SECTION - END] >> [inaudible 00:54:42] >> Girls you know you'd
better watch out. Some guys, some guys are only about. That thing, that thing,
that thing. That thing, that thing, that thing. Girls you know you'd better
watch out. Some guys, some guys are only about. That thing, that thing, that
thing. That thing, that thing, that thing. >> Day the call the police on when
I was trying to make some money to my da. It's all about people's in struck.
I'm saying shaking. It was all a dream, I used to read Word Up magazine.
Salt-n-Pepa and Heavy D up in the limousine. Hangin' pictures on my wall.
Every Saturday Rap Attack, Mr. Magic, Marley Marl. I let my tape rock 'til my
tape popped. Smokin' weed in Bambú, sippin' on Private Stock. Way back,
when I had the red and black lumberjack. With the hat to match. Remember
Rappin' Duke? Duh-ha, duh-ha. You never thought that hip-hop would take it
this far. Now I'm in the limelight 'cause I rhyme tight. Time to get paid,
blow up like the World Trade. Born sinner, the opposite of a winner. Remember
when I used to eat sardines for dinner. Peace to Ron G, Brucie B, Kid Capri.
Funkmaster Flex, Lovebug Starski. I'm blowin' up like you thought I would.
Call the crib, same number, same hood, it's all good. And if you don't know,
now you know, *****. >> You know very well. Who you are. Don't let 'em hold
you down. Reach for the stars. You had a goal. But not that many. 'Cause
you're the only one. I'll give you good and plenty. >> I made the change from
a common thief. To up close and personal with Robin Leach. And I'm far from
cheap, I smoke skunk with my peeps all day. Spread love, it's the Brooklyn
way. The Moët and Alizé keep me pissy, girls used to diss me. Now they
write letters 'cause they miss me. I never thought it could happen, this
rapping stuff. I was too used to packing gats and stuff. Now honeys play me
close like butter play toast. From the Mississippi down to the East Coast.
Condos in Queens, indo for weeks. Sold out seats to hear Biggie Smalls speak.
Living life without fear. Puttin' five karats in my baby girl ear. Lunches,
brunches, interviews by the pool. Considered a fool 'cause I dropped out of
high school. Stereotypes of a black male misunderstood. >> Everything is
everything. What is meant to be will be. After winter must come spring.
Change, it comes eventually. I wrote these words for everyone who struggles in
their youth. Who won't accept deception in, instead of what is truth. It seems
we lose the game. Before we even start to play. Who made these rules? We're so
confused. Easily led astray. Let me tell ya that. Everything is everything.
Everything is everything. Everything is everything. Everything. After winter
must come spring. Everything is everything. >> Our philosophy possibly speak
tongues. Beat drum, Abyssinian, street Baptist. Rap this in fine linen, from
the beginning. My practice extending across the atlas, I begat this. Flipping
in the ghetto on a dirty mattress. You can't match this rapper slash actress.
More powerful than two Cleopatras. Bomb graffiti on the tomb of Nefertiti. MCs
ain't ready to take it to the Serengeti. My rhymes is heavy like the mind of
sister Betty. L-Boogie spars with stars and constellations. Then came down for
a little conversation. Adjacent to the king, fear no human being. Roll with
cherubims to Nassau Coliseum. Develop a negative into a positive picture. Now
everything is everything. What is meant to be will be. After winter must come
spring. Change, it comes eventually. >> Drop top Porsche, Rollie on my wrist.
Diamonds up and down my chain. Cardi B, straight stuntin', can't tell me
nothin'. Bossed up and I changed the game. It's my big Bronx boogie, got all
them girls shook. My big fat *** got all them boys hooked. Went from dollar
bills, now we poppin' rubber bands. Bruno sang to me while I do my money dance
like. Ayy, flexin' on the 'Gram like. Ayy, hit the Lil Jon. Okay, okay. Oh,
yeah, we drippin' in finesse and gettin' paid, ow. >> Ooh, don't we look good
together? There's a reason why they watch all night long. Yeah, I know we'll
turn heads forever. So tonight, I'm gonna show you off. When I walk in with
you. I watch the whole room change. Baby, that's what you do. No, my baby
don't play. Blame it on my confidence or blame it on your measurements. Shut
the **** down on sight. That's right. We out here drippin' in finesse. It
don't make no sense. Out here drippin' in finesse. You know it, you know. We
out here drippin' in finesse. It don't make no sense. Out here drippin' in
finesse. You know it, you know it. Now, slow it down for me, baby. 'Cause I
love the way it feels when we grind, yeah. Our connection's so magnetic on the
floor. Nothing can stop us tonight. When I walk in with you. I watch the whole
room change. Baby, that's what you do. No, my baby don't play. Blame it on my
confidence or blame it on your measurements. Shut the **** down on sight.
That's right. We out here drippin' in finesse. It don't make no sense. Out
here drippin' in finesse. You know it, you know. We out here drippin' in
finesse. It don't make no sense. Out here drippin' in finesse. You know it,
you know it. >> I used to run base like Juan Pierre. Now I run the bass hi-hat
and the snare. I used to bag girls like Birkin Bags. Now I bag B. Brooklyn
Bay, where they birthed me at. Now be everywhere, the nerve of rap. The
audacity to have me with them curtains back. Me and B, she about to sting,
stand back. >> Baby, seem like everywhere I go I see you. From your eyes I
smile, it's like I breathe you. Helplessly I reminisce, don't want to. Compare
nobody to you. Boy, I try to catch myself, but I'm outta control. Your
sexiness is so appealing, I can't let it go. Know that I can't get over you.
'Cause everything I see is you. And I don't want no substitute. Baby, I swear
it's Déjà Vu. Know that I can't get over you. 'Cause everything I see is
you. And I don't want no substitute. Baby, I swear it's Déjà Vu. Seeing,
things that I know can't be, am I dreaming? When I saw you walkin' past me
almost called your name. Got a better glimpse and then I looked away. It's
like I'm losing it.
>> Yes,
Hova's flow so unusual. Baby girl, you should already know. It's H-O, light up
the dro. 'Cause you gonna need help tryna study my, bounce. Flow, blow, what's
the difference? One you take in vein while the other you sniffin'. It's still
dope, po-po try to convict him. That's a no-go my dough keep the scales
tippin'. Like four-fours, like I'm from the H-O-U-S-T-O-N. Blow wind, so
Chicago of him. Is he the best ever? That's the argu-a-ment. I don't make the
list, don't be mad at me. I just make the hits like a factory. I'm just one of
one, nothin' after me. No Déjà Vu, just me and my oh. >> Baby, I swear
it's Déjà Vu. Know that I can't get over you. 'Cause everything I see is
you. And I don't want no substitute. Baby, I swear it's Déjà Vu. Seeing,
things that I know can't be, am I dreaming? When I saw you walkin' past me
almost called your name. Got a better glimpse and then I looked away. It's
like I'm losing it. Boy, I try to catch myself, but I'm outta control. Your
sexiness is so appealing, I can't let it go. Know that I can't get over you.
'Cause everything I see is you. And I don't want no substitute. Baby, I swear

you. And I don't want no substitute. Baby, I swear it's Déjà Vu.

Who run the world? Girls. >> Good afternoon. Thank you all. Thank you. So let
me say, and I love you back. So let me say, my heart is full today. My heart
is full today, full of gratitude for the trust you have placed in me, full of
love for our country and full of resolve. The outcome of this election is not
what we wanted, not what we fought for, not what we voted for. But hear me
when I say, the light of America's promise will always burn bright as long as
we never give up, and as long as we keep fighting. To my beloved Doug and our
family, I love you so very much. To President Biden and Dr. Biden, thank you
for your faith and support. To Governor Walls and the Walls family, I know
your service to our nation will continue. And to my extraordinary team, to the
volunteers who gave so much of themselves to the poll workers and the local
election officials, I thank you all. Look, I am so proud of the race we ran,
and the way we ran it. Over the 107 days of this campaign, we have been
intentional about building community and building coalitions, bringing people
together from every walk of life and background, united by love of country
with enthusiasm and joy in our fight for America's future. And we did it with
the knowledge that we all have so much more in common than what separates us.
Now, I know folks are feeling and experiencing a range of emotions right now.
I get it. But we must accept the results of this election. Earlier today, I
spoke with President Elect Trump and congratulated him on his victory. I also
told him that we will help him and his team with their transition, and that we
will engage in a peaceful transfer of power. A fundamental principle of
American democracy is that when we lose an election, we accept the results.
That principle, as much as any other distinguishes democracy from monarchy or
tyranny, and anyone who seeks the public trust must honor it. At the same
time, in our nation, we owe loyalty not to a president or a party, but to the
Constitution of the United States. And loyalty to our conscience and to our
God. My allegiance to all three is why I am here to say, while I concede this
election, I do not concede the fight that fueled this campaign. The fight for
freedom, for opportunity, for fairness, and the dignity of all people. A fight
for the ideals at the heart of our nation, the ideals that reflect America at
our best. That is a fight I will never give up. I will never give up the fight
for a future where Americans can pursue their dreams, ambitions, and
aspirations, where the women of America have the freedom to make decisions
about their own body and not have their government telling them what to do. We
will never give up the fight to protect our schools and our streets from gun
violence. And America, we will never give up the fight for our democracy for
the rule of law, for equal justice, and for the sacred idea that every one of
us, no matter who we are or where we start out has certain fundamental rights
and freedoms that must be respected and upheld. And we will continue to wage
this fight in the voting booth, in the courts, and in the public square. And
we will also wage it in quieter ways in how we live our lives, by treating one
another with kindness and respect, by looking in the face of a stranger and
seeing a neighbor, by always using our strength to lift people up to fight for
the dignity that all people deserve. The fight for our freedom will take hard
work. But like I always say, we like hard work. Hard work is good work. Hard
work can be joyful work. And the fight for our country is always worth it. It
is always worth it. To the young people who are watching, it is okay to feel
sad and disappointed. But please know it's going to be okay. On the campaign,
I would often say, when we fight, we win. But here's the thing. Here's the
thing. Sometimes the fight takes a while. That doesn't mean we won't win. The
important thing is don't ever give up. Don't ever stop trying to make the
world a better place. You have power. And don't you ever listen when anyone
tells you, something is impossible because it has never been done before. You
have the capacity to do extraordinary good in the world. And so to everyone
who is watching, do not despair. This is not a time to throw up our hands.
This is a time to roll up our sleeves. This is a time to organize, to
mobilize, and to stay engaged for the sake of freedom and justice and the
future that we all know we can build together. Look, many of you know, I
started out as a prosecutor, and throughout my career, I saw people at some of
the worst times in their lives. People who had suffered great harm and great
pain. And yet found within themselves, the strength and the courage and the
resolve to take the stand to take a stand, to fight for justice, to fight for
themselves, to fight for others. So let their courage be our inspiration. Let
their determination be our charge. And I'll close with this. There's an adage
and historian once called a Law of History. True of every society across the
ages. The adage is only when it is dark enough can you see the stars? I know
many people feel like we are entering a dark time. But for the benefit of us
all, I hope that is not the case. But here's the thing, America, if it is, let
us fill the sky with the light of a brilliant billion of stars. The light the
light of optimism, of faith, of truth and service. And may that work guide us,
even in the face of setbacks toward the extraordinary promise of the United
States of America. I thank you all. My God bless you. And may God bless the
United States of America. I thank you all. >> Tryna rain, tryna rain on the
