Japan's Kansai Super agrees to integration with H2O Retailing

TOKYO, Aug 31 (Reuters) - Japan's Kansai Super Market Ltd.
9919.T said on Tuesday it agreed to a capital and business
alliance with H2O Retailing Corp.
The integration will be carried out via a share exchange
subject to approval by shareholders meetings to be held on Oct.
29, the company said in a release to the stock exchange.
