Change of Registered Office

Halo Minerals PLC (AIM: HALO), the copper development company focused on
extracting critical minerals from legacy mining waste, announces that from 1
June 2026 the Company's registered office will be C/O Orana Corporate LLP, 25
Eccleston Place, London, United Kingdom, SW1W 9NF.

The Directors of the Company are responsible for the release of this
