Sept 21 (Reuters) - Wealthy Way Group Ltd  3848.HK  
    * CWW leasing entered into a factoring agreement with 
customer A 
    * CWW leasing has agreed to provide financing being secured 
by accounts receivables of customer A for a period of 2 years 
    * Pursuant to agreement CWW leasing has agreed to provide 
factoring services for customer a for RMB73 million
