Australia's Sandfire slips as miners fall; Jefferies lifts PT on Havilah-deal

** Shares of Sandfire Resources  SFR.AX  fall 2.7% to A$16.24, in line with a 2.4% fall in the broader mining sub-index .AXMM

** Co and Australian mineral exploration firm Havilah Resources HAV.AX announce deal on Thursday to advance the Kalkaroo Copper-Gold Project

**  Brokerage Jefferies says, assuming that the project is advanced to construction, we do not see first production until 2030 at the earliest

** Jefferies maintains a "Hold" rating, but raises price target to A$15 from A$14.5

** Stock has added over 3% in value so far this week

** Stock up 74.8% this year, including the day's move
