September 8 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1330 GMT on Tuesday:
     
** AI startup FinChip has completed a merger with AI task-dispatch platform AgentOn, the companies said, with the merged entity set to operate under the brand name Finch. nL4N4500XB
    
** GE Aerospace GE.N said it would buy castings supplier Consolidated Precision Products from investment firms Warburg Pincus and Berkshire Partners for $11.75 billion, as the aerospace giant seeks to bolster in-house manufacturing. nL4N4500UQ
    
** Italian private equity firm Renaissance Partners said it had agreed to buy De Wave Group, a Genoa-based maker of interiors for yachts and cruise ships, from Californian investment firm Platinum Equity. nL8N4500RE
     
** Tamarack Valley TVE.TO and Headwater Exploration HWX.TO will merge in an all-stock deal valued at C$10 billion ($7.25 billion), the companies said, creating the largest publicly traded producer focused on Alberta's Clearwater oil play. nL4N4500KU
     
** Poste Italiane PST.MI has raised the cash component of its takeover offer for Telecom Italia TLIT.MI, sweetening terms for shareholders as it seeks to secure control of Italy's former phone monopoly. nL6N44Z0V2
     
** Rio Tinto RIO.AX has agreed to acquire the Aurukun Bauxite Project in Western Cape York, Queensland from a joint venture between London-listed Glencore GLEN.L and Mitsubishi Development, a company spokesperson said. nL4N4500BL
     
** Florida-based EverBank Financial has agreed to acquire WaFd WAFD.O, a smaller bank in the Pacific Northwest, in a $3.9 billion reverse merger transaction, the companies said on Monday. nL6N44Z0VI
     
** Steve McGill said EQT’s agreement to acquire a majority stake in McGill and Partners marked a defining moment for the seven-year-old broker, giving it an “unprecedented” opportunity to accelerate growth while reinforcing the specialist boutique model on which the firm was built. nL6N44Z0OO
     
** French state-owned electric utility EDF is in talks to acquire electricity supplier So Energy, which is majority owned by Irish company ESB, a source with knowledge of the matter told Reuters on Monday, confirming a media report from Sunday. nL1N44Z0AY
     
** Sweden has decided it will buy Lockheed Martin's LMT.N Himars artillery rocket system, Swedish Defence Minister Pal Jonson said on Monday. nL8N44Z0PT
     
** Australia's Santos STO.AX said on Monday it had acquired an additional 3.3% stake in the Papua LNG project from France's TotalEnergies TTEF.PA for $189 million, increasing its total interest in the venture to 21%. nL4N44Z0G4
     
** Australia's Ingenia Communities INA.AX turned down a A$1.94 billion ($1.40 billion) buyout offer on Monday from U.S.-based private equity firm Warburg Pincus, saying the bid undervalued the company and was not in shareholders' best interests. nL6N44Y09H
     
** Dutch private equity firm Waterland plans to make an offer for British telecommunications company Gamma Communications GAMA.L that exceeds the £1.08 billion ($1.38 billion) bid from Epiris, a British private equity firm, the Sunday Times reported. nL6N44Z097
