Australia's HealthCo hits 1-month high; Jefferies sees Heathscope proposal as turning point

** Shares of Australia's HealthCo Healthcare and Wellness REIT HCW.AX climb as much as 5% to A$0.73, their highest level since February 26

** Jefferies says proposal of holistic solution from private hospital operators for Healthscope can be a turning point for the company, which trades at a 50% discount to its NTA

** HCW said on Wednesday that alternative private hospital operators had submitted proposals to ensure an orderly transition of operations at all 28 hospitals currently run by Healthscope

** Sees current cash reserves and undrawn debt of ~A$155 million ($106.61 million) to be sufficient to fund any transition costs

** Three of six analysts rate the stock "buy" or higher, two "hold", and one "sell"; their median price target is A$0.77, as per data compiled by LSEG

** Down 2.8% YTD, including the session's moves
