** Shares of Australia's HealthCo Healthcare & Wellness REIT HCW.AX rise as much as 3.9% to A$0.805, their highest since December 10, 2025 
** REIT says Healthscope's lenders have approved the transfer of hospital operations from Healthscope to alternative hospital operators, in respect of 10 Healthscope hospitals
** Healthscope is one of Australia's largest private hospital operators, and was placed under receivership in May last year 
** Co says the proposed transaction will ensure the portfolio is tenanted by well-capitalized operators
** Around 2.6 mln shares change hands, 1.7 times the 30-day average trading volume 
** Shares up more than 9% YTD
