** Stock hits its highest level since September 18
** REIT says it has completed agreements for the remaining 10 Healthscope hospitals in its portfolio
** Says new operators will take over the hospitals, allowing distributions to unit holders to resume
** Says transition to new hospital operators is targeted for completion by November 30
** Stock up 5.5% YTD, including session moves
