** Co cuts annual adjusted EPS forecast to between $3.25 and $3.75 from previous forecast of $3.75 to $4.25, bringing it below analysts' expectations of $4.02, per data compiled by LSEG

** Cites pressures from a more promotional environment, consumer trade-down behavior, tariff hit to margins

** Narrows annual net sales forecast to the range of $1.76 billion to $1.77 billion, compared to earlier $1.74 billion to $1.78 billion expectations

** Co, however, beat estimates for Q3 revenue and met expectations for adjusted EPS

** Shares fell ~65% in 2025
