** Helen of Troy HELE.O shares rise ~15% to $29.84 premarket
** The home and beauty products maker raises annual adj EPS forecast to $3.60 to $4.15 from prior $3.25 to $3.75
** Cites tariff refunds, growth across portfolio 
** Reports Q2 EPS of 79 cents; analysts on avg expected 50 cents, per LSEG-compiled  data 
** Quarterly sales rise 2.1% to $440.9 mln on strong demand, international growth 
** HELE, however, now sees consolidated FY net sales of $1.768 billion to $1.822 billion, below its earlier forecast of $1.759 billion to $1.831 billion
** As of last close, stock up 20% YTD
