Helen of Troy rises after upbeat annual profit, sales forecast

** Shares of home and beauty products maker Helen of Troy HELE.O up 14% at $22.54 premarket

** Co expects FY2027 adjusted EPS of between $3.25 and $3.75, largely above analysts' expectations of $3.27, as per data compiled by LSEG

** Also sees annual net sales in the range of $1.75 billion to $1.82 billion, compared with expectations of $1.77 billion

** Co also beats estimates for Q4 revenue and adjusted EPS, helped by strong demand for technical, travel and lifestyle packs, higher thermometer sales and organic growth at Olive & June

** Shares fell ~7% in 2025
