Henkel posts first quarter sales below expectations
May 8 (Reuters) - German consumer goods and adhesives maker Henkel HNKG.DE reported a 1% fall in first-quarter sales on Thursday, below market expectations.
Its sales in the January-March period fell to 5.24 billion euros ($5.92 billion) from 5.32 billion a year earlier, below analysts' average estimate of 5.32 billion euros in a Vara Research poll.
