("Hercules" or the "Company")

Change of Name

 

Hercules (AIM: HERC), a leading technology-enabled labour supply company for
the UK infrastructure and construction sectors, is pleased to announce that it
has changed its name to Hercules plc. Companies House issued a change of name
certificate on 19 May 2025 and the name change has become effective
immediately.

The change of name has been notified to the London Stock Exchange and trading
in the Company's shares under the new company name is expected to commence at
8.00 a.m. on 21 May 2025.

The Company's TIDM (HERC), LEI, ISIN and SEDOL remain unchanged.

The Company's website address will be updated to www.herculesplc.com today (20
May 2025).

Shareholders will be unaffected by the change of name, and any existing share
certificates bearing the Company's former name remain valid and should be
retained for future use.

acquisition. The time is right to simplify our brand to reflect a business
