Hercules Site Services plc (AIM: HERC) announces that Paul Wheatcroft, Chief
Financial Officer of Hercules, has notified the Company that he has today
purchased 24,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 40.25p per
share.  Following this purchase, Mr Wheatcroft is interested in 24,000
ordinary shares, representing 0.04% of the Company's issued share capital.
