Hercules Site Services plc (AIM: HERC), a leading technology enabled labour
supply company for the UK infrastructure sector, will publish its Full-Year
Results for the 12 months ended 30 September 2022 on Monday 16 January 2023.

Brusk Korkmaz, CEO, and Paul Wheatcroft, CFO, will deliver a live presentation
relating to the Full-Year Results via the Investor Meet Company platform on
Monday 16 January 2023 at 09:30 GMT.

The online presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders.

Questions can be submitted pre-event via the IMC dashboard or at any time
during the live presentation via the "Ask a Question" function. Although the
Company may not be in a position to answer every question it receives, it will
address the most prominent within the confines of information already
disclosed to the market. Responses to the Q&A from the live presentation
will be published at the earliest opportunity on the Investor Meet Company
platform.
