Hercules Site Services plc (AIM: HERC), a leading technology enabled labour
supply company for the UK infrastructure sector, is pleased to announce that
at the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, all
resolutions were duly passed.

8 February 2024, a copy of which is available on the Company's website. The
