Hercules Site Services plc (AIM: HERC), a leading technology enabled labour
supply company for the UK infrastructure sector, announces, that that in
conformity with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the
Financial Conduct Authority, the Company's issued share capital consists of
62,427,984 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each with full voting rights.
The figure of 62,427,984 may be used by the Company's shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the
Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules.
