Total Voting Rights

 

 

Hercules Site Services plc (AIM: HERC), a leading technology enabled labour
supply company for the UK infrastructure sector, announces, that that in
conformity with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the
Financial Conduct Authority, the Company's issued share capital consists of
75,152,413 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each with full voting rights as of today's
date.

 

The figure of 75,152,413 may be used by the Company's shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the
Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules.

 

Attention is also drawn to the Company's notification of 30 September 2024,
and shareholders should note that the Company's issued share capital and total
voting rights from 2 October 2024 will be 79,619,628.
