** Shares of Hippo Holdings  HIPO.N  up 4.8% at $0.87 in
extended trade
    ** Intends to file a proxy statement including a proposal
for a reverse stock split at a ratio in range of 1-for-20 to
1-for-30
    ** Proxy statement to also include a proposal for reduction
of number of authorized shares of capital stock of Hippo by a
corresponding proportion 
    ** 3 of 4 brokerages rate the stock "buy" or higher, 1
"hold" and none "sell" or lower; their median PT is $3.88
    ** Up to Tuesday's close, stock had fallen 70.66% YTD
