    * Says it will buy 345,000 shares of Sungwun Bio, a 
pharmaceutical firm, from Sungwun Pharmacopia.Co.,Ltd to expand 
business and facilities 
    * Transaction amount is 5 billion won  
    * Says it will hold 65.4 percent stake(345,000 shares) in 
Sungwun Bio after the transaction
